The Finnish cabin crew union strike is still affecting Finnair’s flight traffic. At the moment, we do not have any further information regarding the duration of the strike. 芬蘭航空空服員的罷工仍舊持續影響著芬蘭航空的飛航運輸。在此當下，我們還是無法得知罷工將進行到何時結束。

We try to contact all passengers from cancelled flights personally via text message to provide them with additional information and instructions. For this reason, it is extremely important that a correct and up-to-date mobile phone number is placed with every booking. Remember to check that a valid phone number has been entered correctly to your client’s booking. 我們嘗試透過手機簡訊通知所有旅客，相關的進一步消息或是指示。也因為如此，每一個訂位紀錄中旅客正確、即時的手機號碼就相形重要。提醒您，請檢查您所有客戶記錄中的手機號碼是否正確的放入。

Postponing your trip, refund, rerouting延後您的旅行，退票，更改行程

If your client’s trip begins on 6 December 2010 or earlier, 如果您的客人的行程出發於2010年12月6日前，

• You may postpone the trip, returning latest on 31 March 2011.您可以延後行程，回程最晚出發日可延到2011年3月31日前。
• Tickets may be refunded according to normal refund procedure. 機票可依各票種退票規則進行退票。
• We will also try to reroute passengers from cancelled flights.當然我們也盡力幫助因班機取消而受影響的旅客更改行程。
